The best way to store and transport Instant scaffolding is to have it packed on a scaffolding trailer. All scaffolding parts can be taken off independently. The way the scaffolding is stored simplifies the counting and checking of parts when the scaffolding is on a trailer. All small parts can be placed in the box mounted on the trailer.
The scaffolding trailer comes as standard with a strong fully welded frame, which is hot-dip galvanized, as well as many lashings. This model comes without brakes and the wheels have dimension 155R 13.

The trailer frame that is made to be used
We manufacture the frames from heavy-duty square steel tubes that are welded together to form a complete trailer frame. We then hot-dip galvanize the frame before it is completed with plywood and lights. This makes the frame very rigid and provides excellent driving characteristics.

The drawbars on our trailers are made of square steel, hot-dip galvanized and fully welded, which creates good stability and makes them very solid.
Many lashings
Lashings are very important for good securing of the load. BK Hengeren has a high focus on safety and has many lashings. The total load capacity of the lashings is far above what is required according to the total weight of the trailer.
